Bisquick cooked pudding - great hot over vanila ice cream
Mix the dry ingrediants in a saucepan. Add the milk and bring to a boil while stirring. Boil for about one minute and remove from heat add the vanilla and let it cool a bit. You can just let it cool for a while or you can cool it quickly by pouring it over vanilla ice cream.
You can adjust for taste by using more or less cocoa or sugar.
