A nice, rich moose that is super easy to make but looks and tastes like you slaved for hours!
To make the chocolate heart garnish all you need is 1 bottle of Smucher's Magic Shell and a cookie cutter. Place a a strip of wax paper on a metal cookie sheet than place in the freezer for about 1 hour. Place cookie cutter in the freezer as well. Once everything is very cold, pour a small amount of the magic shell into the cookie cutter, hold in place for 10 seconds then remover. The chocolate should be pretty close to frozen. Note: if you have metal cookie cutters they work better, if all you have is plastic (thats what I used) once you pour the chocolate in the mold, place it back into the freezer for 30 secons, then remove. Make sure you keep the cookie sheet and chocolate shapes in the freezer until you are ready to serve, they will melt.
To make the moose, empty 1 package of instant pudding into a mixing bowl. Add in whipping cream and extract ( you can use any flavor you like, or use flavored liquer) and chocolate pudding cups, mix until you have firm peaks. Scoop moose into large ziplock bag, pressing into 1 corner, snip the corner and use like a pastry bag filling a martini glass or other dish. Add chocolate heart, garnish with a strawberry or other fruit. Enjoy!
