Really quick to make, lasts ages, and makes an awesome little treat!
Melt the butter and the syrup
Mix in the drinking chocolate
Stir in the crushed digestives
Push into a lined baking tray or ceramic baking tray (or anything really - it's not going in the oven!). Make sure you push it all down into the corners but if you push it really hard you will get a layer of buttery fat on top, then again not hard enough and it will all fall apart! Let it set for at least a couple of hours.
Melt the cooking chocolate and pour it on top. Let it set.
Cut it all up and enjoy!
Often people like to add chopped cherries to the base as well (approx 3 oz should do).
