Cookies filled with peanut butter
Cream butter. Gradually add sugar and cream together. Add eggs and vanilla. Blend flour. Put on lightly greased cookie sheet with cookie press, running a strip entire length of sheet. Cook 6 to 8 minutes at 375. Cut immediately 1 to 1 1/2" pieces. Cool 3 minutes on sheet. Spread with peanut butter on one side. Place two sides together. Dip both ends in chocolate.
