Suggest a better descriptionCombine flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon. Set aside. With a rotary mixer beat together the butter and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time beating well each time. With a spoon, stir in the vanilla, orange peel and zucchini. Alternately stir in the dry ingredients and the milk into the the zucchini mixture, including the nuts with the last addition. Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes, turn out on rack and cool thoroughly before glazing.
GLAZE: mix together all ingredients until smooth.
CHOCOLATE GLAZE: Mix together all ingredients until smooth. If necessary, add a few drops of water or sugar for right consistency.
