Chokecherry jelly
To make choke cherry juice:
Cover choke cherries couple inches with water in soup pot, simmer 15 minutes. Use potato masher and strainer to get the juice out of the berries.
To make jelly:
Bring to hard boil the juices and sure-jell. Then add all of the sugar and boil 1 minute.
