Split rolls and hollow out tops and bottoms, leaving 1/4 in thick shell. reserve soft bread for another use. Springle bottom halves of rolls w/half of Swiss cheese.
Stir together chicken and dressing in small bowl. Divide chicken mixture among bottom halves of rolls, and topo w/remaining cheese. Cover w/top halves of rolls. Lightly coat each sandwich w/pam, and wrap w/ foil.
Place sandwiches on grill for 10-12 min (indirect heat, not over source). Unwrap sandwiches, place over unlit side of grill, and grill 5 min or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted. Remove from grill, and cut in half.
Remove top halves of rolls from sandwihes. Arrange crunchy pecan slaw over chicken and cheese; lightly sprinklw w/ celery salt, if desired. cover w/top halves of rolls and serve.
Sweet and Spicy Dressing:
Combine all ingred beginning w/ lemon juice and ending w/pepper in small bowl. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container up to 3 days.
Crunchy Pecan Slaw:
Beginning w/pecans, preheat oven to 350?. Bake in single layeer in shallow pan 8-10 min or until toasted and fragrant.
Toss together pecans, cabbage and remaining ingred in large bowl until blended.
