Best lasagna recipe I've ever made.

"Sooo good!!! I made a few changes as I went along that seemed to work. First I added mozzarella to the cottage cheese mix. I used a 7x11 pan because I was only serving 2 people and I also used about a half jar of prego sauce in the sausage mix because it seemed too thick. I used the no-boil lasagna noodles as well, which turned out perfect and made for less dishes and quicker meal. My best lasagna yet!"

"Personally, I prefer making it this way  I turned up the heat on traditional lasagna using a little of my favorite chili sauce and pimenton (Spanish paprika)." Firebyrd Firebyrd

"If you like it, you might also try this  Easy to throw together and delicious on those cold-weather days!" Firebyrd Firebyrd

"If you like it, you might also try this  Bubbly, melty, and cozy. Those 3 words best describe this delicious recipe that Chef Nikki Cascone came up with to win the challenge. Why wouldn't she? Although meatless, the veggies and cheeses more than make up for the lack of protein. And it's tasty, too!" Firebyrd Firebyrd

"A variation on this recipe  A tasty and scrumptious lasagna made with ground beef and a variety of spices and cheese which gives it a rich taste. Until now, found only at Tony's in Disneyworld, a premier restaurant found in Tony's Town Square. The restaurant is a replica of Tony's which was the favorite dining spot of Lady and the Tramp." This was delicious! My husband actually said it was better than his mother's recipe!

Great recipe! I am not a ricotta fan so I was drawn to this right away. I used ground turkey and added some Creole seasoning to give it the kick that sausage would give it and then added lots of Italian seasoning to the meat and sauce mixture. I used one large container of cottage cheese and one cup of parmesan and it turned out great. Aso only used 4 cups of mozz cheese as the bag was already $5 and I wanted to keep the dish at a reasonable price. My husband is the better cook (I am a baker and candy maker) but I think this turned out better than his lasagna. The kids liked it a lot too. Thanks for posting! Will make again!
