A great nacho recipe that is easy to make. Add any extras you want.
Add onions and olive oil to medium sauce pan over high heat and cook until onions are clear. Add the ground beef and brown. Drain the fat and add the taco seasoning and the olive water mixing thoroughly. Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. While the meat is simmering. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the meat into a bowl. Mix in the spice packets and beat thoroughly until creamy. When the meat is cooked, combine with the tortilla chips and cheese as well as the lettuce, tomatoes and olives. Eat and enjoy.
Layer the chips, cheese and meat the top with more cheese and extras.
