Comfort food at it's best! So easy and delicious!
Chop vegetables. In very large deep skillet, melt butter and saute vegetables and garlic. Add crawfish and/or shrimp and/or sausage (use one, two or all three equaling the two pounds) and cook for four minutes. Add both soups and the creole seasoning. Add one cup of water and cooked rice. Heat thoroughly. Pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
