Prepare lime jello and pour into 10 x 13-inch pan until set. Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup hot water in top of double boiler; add marshmallows and melt. Remove from heat and add drained pineapple. Cool. Add cream cheese and mayonnaise. Stir until well blended. Fold in whipped cream and pour over set lime jello.
