Suggest a better descriptionLine baking pan with foil. Using heavy duty foil, pull off a large enough piece to wrap around roast, keeping it slightly tented. Place roast in center of foil. Rub entire roast with A1. Sprinkle onion soup mix over roast. Pour cream of mushroom on top. Fold foil over and seal, leave slightly tented at top.
Roast 3 hours at 325.
