Marinated Chuck Steak
Trim away excess fat and membrane from meat. Lightly score /pierece meat and place in shallow dish.
In a small bowl, combine dressing, sherry, venegar and Tabasco then pour over meat.
Marinate at room temperature for 2 hours turning meat every 1/2 hour.
Grill or broil meat about 2" from source of heat for 5 minutes on each side. Let rest.
