Suggest a better descriptionIn a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in ketchup, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, chili powder, cumin and black pepper; mix well. Simmer 10 minutes, or until flavors are blended. Meanwhile, butter hot dog buns and toast them under the broiler. Spoon the beef mixture onto the toasted buns and serve.
