Moist cake with small chunks of apple and nuts. Not too sweet and delicious iced, with whipped topping, or plain. I actually prefer it plain.
Mix together all ingredients. Use 9x13 pan, greased and floured. Bake at 325° 45-60 minutes or until inserted toothpick returns clean.
Glaze or top with cream cheese frosting or top with whipped topping.
Vanilla glaze
3/4 c powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 tbs milk
