Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 deg F. Grease 13X9 in baking pan.
Place butter and chocolate in bowl and microwave on high until melted and smooth. Stir in sugar. Add eggs 1X1, stir in flour. Spread half of batter in prepared pan. Bake 20 min.
Meanwhile, combine caramels and whipping cream in medium bowl. Microwave on HIGH until it begins to melt. Stir until smooth. Stir in 1 cup Pecans.
Spread caramel mixture over partially baked brownie layer. Sprinkle with 1/2 of chocolate chips. Pour remaining brownie batter over top; sprinkle with remaining 1 cup pecans and chocolate chips. Bake 25 min or until set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
