Sugar Free & Low in Fat! A friend of mine passed this along to me. YUM!
1. Mix it all together, spray pan (I use bread/loaf pan) pour half in then use a cinnamon and splenda mix to make a layer about 1/4 inch thick, pour the rest of batter, then add another layer of the cinnamon splender 1/4 inch thick to the top. Bake on 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. If you stuck a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean, it's done.
2. The frosting is splenda for baking with I can't believe it's not butter fat free and water. I just eyeball it until ti's the right consistency to drizzle when it's cool.
