Crock Pot Roast
ROAST
Mix 1 cup water, sherry, soy sauce, beef bouillon in a bowl.
Place roast in slow cooker.
Drizzle liquid mix over roast.
Sprinkle pepper and cinnamon on roast.
Place carrots and onions on top of roast
Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 8-10 hours
GRAVY
Mix 1/4 cup cold water, 2 cups roast drippings, and up to 3 Tablespoons corn starch until desired thickness is reached.
