Cinnamon Nut Raisin Bread

1 tb Dark brown sugar; packed
1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast
3/4 c water; Plus 1T
1/4 c Raisins
1/4 c Walnuts; chopped
1 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 tb Nonfat dry milk
2 c Bread flour
1 tb Butter; or margarine

Original recipe makes 1



Automatic Bread Program: Add ingredients in order except raisins and walnuts. Press SELECT for Normal. Press START. When the machine BEEPS 10 times, 5 minutes before the end of the second kneading, add 1/4 c of raisins and chopped walnuts. Bread will be ready in 3 hours. After baking, press STOP/RESET. Remove bread from machine. Cool.
