These are every bit as good as those cinnamon rolls you get from the mall, without the trip! Try these when you don't have the time for all that mixing and kneading and rolling, your family (and your arms) will thank you!
Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9"x13" baking dish. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
When browned and edges are pulling away from the sides of the pan, remove from oven and cool.
Once cake is room temperature mix powdered sugar and milk. (This can be fickle according to the brand of sugar, add as much as you gotta for a thick glaze)
Pour icing over the top.
