Citrus Vinaigrette

Ready in 10 minutes

Good with asparagus, green beans, spinach, and probably many other vegetables that taste good with a little citrus.


2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice; (approx. juice of 1 lemon)
1/4 cup Fresh lime juice; (approx. juice of 3 limes)
3 tablespoons Frozen orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 teaspoons Red wine vinegar
1 clove Garlic; minced or pressed
1/4 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Black pepper; to taste
1/2 cup olive oil

Original recipe makes 4



Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously. Let stand 30 minutes before using to blend the flavors.

Outstanding! This is a totally delicious recipe that's a stellar addition to a lush salad like the huge ones I make for myself. I made this for vegan friends as well and they loved it, props to the chef!

Worked wonderfully on a spinach and bleu cheese salad. Light, fresh and yummy. I decided to use fresh orange juice for mine. Thanks for this simple and quick vinaigrette.

Tangy & tasty...really enjoyed it. I did substitute a dash or two of garlic powder for the clove of garlic to make it even easier. I made this dressing to dip with slices of avocado, and it was delicious. Going to try it next on a salad.
