Ready in 10 minutes
Good with asparagus, green beans, spinach, and probably many other vegetables that taste good with a little citrus.
Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously. Let stand 30 minutes before using to blend the flavors.

MikeWolf 4y agoWorked wonderfully on a spinach and bleu cheese salad. Light, fresh and yummy. I decided to use fresh orange juice for mine. Thanks for this simple and quick vinaigrette.
Cbrew22 5y agoTangy & tasty...really enjoyed it. I did substitute a dash or two of garlic powder for the clove of garlic to make it even easier. I made this dressing to dip with slices of avocado, and it was delicious. Going to try it next on a salad.
