The wonderfully yummy roast my friend made when we visited.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine roast, celery, onions, soups, and liquids and roast for approximately 3 hours. Two hours before the roast is done, add in chopped carrots. One hour before the roast is done. add in potatoes. The gravy makes itself. If the roast is frozen, add one more hour to the cooking time.
