Ready in 45 minutes
Quaker Oats Classic Meatloaf
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix lightly but thoroughly. Sahpe meatloaf mixture into 10x6-inch loaf on rack of broiler pan.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until meatloaf is to medium doneness (160 degrees F, 170 degrees F for turkey), until in center and juices show no pink color. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Cover and refrigerate leftovers promptly and use within 2 days, or wrap airtight and freeze up to 3 months.

jhiraldo 2y agoI forgot to mention that I added garlic, onions, bell peppers and replaced the oats for plain bread crumbs. Very yummi :)

janafortune 2y agoMade it tonight for my parents when I couldn't find Mom's recipe. YUM! I made it with ground turkey and it was fantastic! I look forward to leftovers.

kelmillington 3y agoGreat meatloaf. We added chopped onion and mushrooms to the meat before cooking. Also added a few mushrooms and chili sauce to the top during last few minutes of cooking.
