Try this Classic Potato Salad recipe, or contribute your own.
Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients (If using carrots boil them lightly for 2-5 minutes). Garnish with freshly chopped tomatoes and green onions.Cover; chill.
Makes 5 cups.
On back of Best Foods Mayonnaise jar.
Heatherferg 3y agoVery nice. Did not add any carrot, but used extra celery and halved the mayo. Also added chopped garlic chives. One for my favourite list.

BADeByrd 5y agoThis was a good combination to make potato salad. Some of the things I did differently since I was low on ingredients is add yellow mustard to the mix as well as using celery seed with the chopped carrots.

vodka0825 10y ago1/4 cup to 1/2 a cup of mayonnaise tasted much much better...my advice is to add a bit of mayo at a time and stop when you've reached acquired taste.
vodka0825 10y agoThis was a really nice version of Potato Salad. I used a cup of carrots instead of celery simply because I prefer them and next time I make this recipe I will use a little less mayo.
