Ready in 45 minutes
Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a medium bowl. Fold in eggs, avocado, tomato, blue cheese and bacon until combined. Set aside.
Layer each ham slice with some of the lettuce. Place a heaping tablespoon of the egg mixture at one end of each slice. Starting at the end with the filling, roll up each ham slice. Secure with a wooden pick.

gbookwormmMade this on a day off from work for my husband. He absolutely loved them, and couldn't stop saying how much he appreciated me making them! I had more of a pinwheel presentation in my mind, which doesn't really work, and uses too much of the filling. But they are just as cute as the typical roll-up, and a little neater.3y ago
