Preparation

Place wings in shallow baking dish and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Mix coke, brown sugar, & soy sauce and pour over wings. Bake at 350* for about 45 minutes or until wings are flaky tender and sauce thickens and becomes a little sticky. Make sure not to use diet coke! The aspartame(artificial sweetener which replaces the sugar found in regular coke) breaks down into formaldihyde (toxic) when heated.

The sauce never thickened, maybe the chicken should be removed when it is cooked and nice and brown and then the sauce could be boiled for a few minutes to thicken. Otherwise the recipe is exceptionally good!
