Try this Coca-Cola Chicken Wings recipe, or contribute your own.
Place wings in shallow baking dish and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Mix coke, brown sugar, & soy sauce and pour over wings. Bake at 350* for about 45 minutes or until wings are flaky tender and sauce thickens and becomes a little sticky. chapstickluvr 2y agoMake sure not to use diet coke! The aspartame(artificial sweetener which replaces the sugar found in regular coke) breaks down into formaldihyde (toxic) when heated.
jenlormer 2y agoflavor was good; however sauce did not thicken because chicken wings made their own juices during cooking process, so i plan to tweak this recioe by baking wing for 20 minutes and then draining the chicken broth off then adding coke sauce and baking rest of time to thicken sauce. like the idea of coke on the wings
Bjcafe 3y agoThe sauce never thickened, maybe the chicken should be removed when it is cooked and nice and brown and then the sauce could be boiled for a few minutes to thicken. Otherwise the recipe is exceptionally good!
