This smoothie reminds me of my recent travel to the Bahamas. As I laid on the beach of Coco Cay, I sipped on a Coco Loco that I found inspiring.


Ingredients

Are you making this? 
1 cup plain, non-fat yogurt
0.5 diet tropical fruit drink; sugar free*
0.5 peach; frozen
5 drops each LorAnn Oil Extracts; (Guava, Mango, Banana)
0.25 tsp coconut extract
0.25 tsp stevia; or to taste
1 dash xanthan
5 ice cubes

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.

*I used diet V-8 Splash, Tropical Blend flavor.

** Sugar free, flavored syrups can be substituted. Adjust sweetness to taste as stevia may not be needed in this case.
