Suggest a better descriptionMMMMM------------------------FOR FILLING----------------------------- 1/2 c Cream cheese 1/4 c Pureed banana 1 tb Godiva liqueur 1 tb Coconut milk Crepe: 1) Combine all crepe ingredients in a bowl and whip with a wire whisk until smooth. 2) Heat a non-stick saute pan and spray with a non-stick coating. 3) Add just enough batter to evenly coat the bottom of the pan. 4) Cook about 1 minute until light brown, then flip over and cook the other side. Filling: 1) Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. 2) Place 2 Tbsp of filling into the center of the crepe and fold. 3) Heat in the oven or microwave just until warm and serve with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
