A delightfully sweet and fruity dessert pizza. It has been a "hit" everywhere we've taken it! It's as good for a breakfast buffet as for a dessert later in the day.
Unroll crescent roll dough and place in a greased 15-in x 10-in x 1-inch baking pan. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of pan; seal seams. (For this part, I used three tubes of crescent roll dough - had a little left over - but it made the crust a little thicker and easier to manage. I also sprinkled it with raw sugar before baking.) Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and jam until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. Mix fruits together. It would probably be good to sprinkle them with FruitFresh before placing on the pizza, especially if adding peaches to the fruit. Arrange fruit over top. Sprinkle with toasted coconut. Chill until ready to serve.
Other fruits will work here as well. We have tried peaches in the mix, and they are good.
