1. Whip egg whites. Add powdered sugar and continune beating until the mixture forms a marangue-type consistency. Fold in almond powder, flour and coconut flakes. Mix until smoothly blended.
2. Add small spoonfuls of batter onto a baking sheet (leivinpaperilla vuoratulle uunipellille), leave room for spreading. Bake at 175 degress celsius/ 350 fahrenheit for approximately 15 min., until the cookies are crisp and have a golden gleen. Let cool and then remove from baking sheet.
