Lovely baked coconut bites with a crispy outside and a tender inside
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (360F).
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together.
With a normal spoon make balls with the dough.
Place them on a baking sheet and with your fingers twist the batter to make the shape of a macaroon (as shown in the picture).
Once the oven is hot, put the macaroons in it and wait until they look a bit brown on the outside, but not to much or you'll overdo them
Make sure you give them a nice shape
