Suggest a better descriptionAdd coconut and water to Vitamix and blend for 2-3 minutes on high. Pour mixture into a bowl through a fine mesh sieve lined with muslin cloth. Bring the edges together, gently strain and squeezed milk through. Squeeze pulp until dry. Use right away or refrigerate for up to two days. Reserve pulp in a plastic bag in the freezer. It can be used as coconut meal/flour
