1 pounds Coleslaw; - home made or packaged
-- Slaw Dressing --
1/4 cup Catalina Dressing; - Kraft or generic brand
1/8 cup Mayonnaise
1/8 cup Splenda
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
-- Garnish --
1/2 12-oz can Mandarin Oranges; - drained
1/2 cup Peanuts; - dry roasted or optionally, Sliced Almonds

Original recipe makes 6 Servings



Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until completely blended. Fold into slaw and turn until completely coated. Refrigerate over night. Serve garnishing with oranges and peanuts or almonds.

Serving suggestion: Assemble one day ahead. This gives time the flavors to combine.

You can place salad in a Food Saver or such product and speed up the marination process.
