Great cube steaks that make there own gravy!
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Grease a 9" x 13" baking dish.
3. Season the steaks on both sides with Cajun seasoning and black pepper.
4. Place the steaks into the prepared baking dish.
5. Pour the lemon-lime beverage over them.
6. Combine the cream of mushroom sop and dry onion soup mix, and pour over the steaks.
7. Bake, uncovered, for about one (1) hour or until meat reaches desired doneness.
8. Do not open the oven door during the first hour of cooking.
9. Serve steaks with gravy spooned over.
