Known as compound butter or hotel butter.
I didnt use a recipe with measurements for this. Just one stick of butter and enough herbs to make it speckled enough but not too much. About 2 tbls of herbs combined. Can make alot of this and roll it into a log, wrap in saran warp and store in frig or freezer.
Look up recipes for measurements or other types. Can add lemon.
Great on a steak and noodles and excellent on corn on the cob.
