Suggest a better descriptionMince onions, celery, and garlic with food processor, set aside. Cook ground beef with a little butter until 3/4 cooked, add minced mixture, and cook another 5 minutes. Add all the spices and continue cooking, mixing well.
Cook on low heat for a about 1 hour. Add the tomato sauce and stir it in, mixing well.
Once the sauce is done, mince it with a hand held stick type food processor.
