Confetti Pasta Salad

1 Clove garlic; Pressed
1/2 c Italian salad dressing
1 ts Hot sauce; optional
1 c Broccoli; coarsely chopped
1 c Cauliflower; coarsely chopped
2 sm Carrots; scored and coarsely chopped
1 pk Refrigerated tortellini
2 tb Green onions; sliced
Pasta; cooked and drained
2 oz Parmesan cheese; grated

Original recipe makes 8



Chop broccoli and cauliflower with Food Chopper. Score carrots with Lemon Zester/Scorer; slice using Grater-Slicer. Slice onion with 5-inch Self Sharpening Utility Knife. Pressgarlic with Garlic Press. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT cheese in Classi c 2-Quart Batter Bowl. Grate cheese over salad with Cheese Grater.
