THIS IS A TRIPLE BATCH
Cream shortening; add sugar; cream well. Add three eggs and mix. GRADUALLY add flour sifted with salt and baking powder. Fill the cookie press. Use cookie press to plop onto ungreased COLD cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
Consistency is the most important thing to get the dough to go through the cookie press. This can be controlled by how much flour you use. Cookie sheets must be cold for dough to stick. You can try using parchment sheets.
