Super yummy and unusual tacos. We prefer them as a lunch item rather than dinner, but I'm sure you'll enjoy them at either meal. Adapted from recipe published in The Pampered Chef Spring/Summer 2010 Season's Best Recipe Collection.
Zest limes to measure 1 tsp and juice limes to measure 3 Tbs. Mix zest, 1 Tbsp of juice, mayonnaise, cumin and cayenne pepper then add cooked chicken stirring to coat. Carefully stir in jicama, mango, lettuce, cilantro, salt, and remaining lime juice.
Fill taco shells with mixture and top with avocado. Serve with additional mango slices.
