Combine all dry ingredients and set aside. In large bowl, combine oil, butter, eggs and milk. Mix well. Add dry ingredients to liquid mixture and mix well. Pour into greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Bake muffins 18-20 minutes or mini muffins 12 minutes.
