Down home comfort food! This creamy, pudding-like side dish is almost like dessert!


Ingredients

1 12-oz can Cream style corn
7 whole Ritz crackers; crushed
1 large Egg
2 tablespoon Butter; melted
2 tablespoon Sugar
1/4 cup Cheddar; shredded

Servings  

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Stir well. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese if desired. Bake at 350? F for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
