Suggest a better descriptionMix together corn, eggs and corn muffin mix. Saute onion, green and red peppers in margarine until soft. Add onions and peppers to corn mixture and mix well. Place in 9 x 13 baking dish, dollop sour cream over the top, cover with layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
