Suggest a better descriptionIn a large saucepan, combine corn, onion, potatoes, water and bouillon.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Stir occasionally.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the milk and margarine.
In a small bowl combine the remaining milk and corn starch; beat with a wire whisk until smooth and add mixture to chowder.
Cook until thick and bubbly.
