green chili cornbread
Preheat oven 375
Lightly butter 9x13 inch baking pan
Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in sour cream, creamed corn, and oil.
Add cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt and cumin. Mix.
Fold in green onions, cheese, and chilies.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake until golden brown, about 55 - 60 minutes.
Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes.
