Ingredients

Are you making this? 
12 ounces corned beef; chopped or shredded
2 whole potatoes; cooked and grated
1/2 cup mixed peppers; chopped
1/2 cup red onions; chopped
1/2 cup scallions; chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves; chopped
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary; chopped
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh pepper

Servings  

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together and saute in a pan until crisp and golden brown, about 8 minutes.

Serve it with an egg on top if you like. Add a squiggle of ketchup to enhance the flavor and decorate it.
