Suggest a better descriptionCombine all above except 1 Tbsp lemon juice, butter and honey and marinate the hens for 2 to 6 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Remove the hens from the marinade.
Mix together the melted butter, honey and 1 Tbsp lemon juice.
Arrange in an oven dish (single layer), brush with honey butter mixture, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for about 40 minutes, basting with honey butter sauce once or twice during cooking.
**Can arrange baby carrots and halved red potatoes in the same baking dish as hens and serve together.
