This bread is fantastic! Ingredients may sound different for bread but you have to give it a try.
Put cottage cheese, butter and water in the bread maker. Mix all other dry ingredients except yeast and place in bread maker. Sprinkle yeast over the top of dry mixture. Set the bread machine on basic recipe and light setting. (Makes a 2 lb loaf)
