• One whole cauliflower head (chopped)
• 1/4 cup Almond, or Coconut Milk
• 1/4 cup Cashews
• Sprinkle of Cinnamon
• Sprinkle of Pink Sea Salt
• Sprinkle of Crushed Black Pepper
Add all of the ingredients to a pot and bring it to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Country Chicken Stir Fry:
• 2 diced boneless/skinless chicken
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil
• 5-6 carrots
• 1 large Apple
• Sprinkle Cinnamon
• Palm full of chopped basil
While the Cauliflower is simmering plop the coconut oil into a large pot on medium high heat, then stir in the carrots for about 7 minutes. Stir every minute.
Add remaining ingredients and stir every minute until chicken is nice and tender (approx 8 minutes)
Add the steamed cauliflower to a blender or food processor and pulse until it has the consistency of mashed potatoes.
