Yummy southern corn casserole that makes a great side dish for any meal, especially the holidays!
Spray a pyrex baking dish with cooking spray & preheat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, it should have the consistency of lumpy cake batter - if it's too stiff, add milk or buttermilk until desired consistency is attained.
Place in baking dish and cook uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
Stir well before serving.
***You can also use "leftover" corn on the cob, cut from the cob if desired. We actually like the creamed corn better, but using up leftovers is always a bonus!
