Suggest a better description1. Mix all ingredients for sauce and glaze in two separate bowls.
2. Prepare the ingredients for the stir fry. I usually put in onions, carrots, celery, broccoli, mushrooms, and peanuts. Sometimes I add tofu.
3. Prepare whatever you want to glaze. You can glaze whatever one ingredient you are using, ie., the mushrooms, tofu, or meat. The glaze helps that ingredient be coated in flavor. This is not a necessary step if you are pressed for time.
4. After you cook and glaze that ingredient, remove it from pan.
5. Next add all the other ingredients for the stir fry and cook until tender.
6. When tender, add sauce and cook a little more.
7. Add in previously glazed ingredients and cook for a little more.
8. Serve with rice!
